MYOFASCIAL MASSAGE

Deep Tissue & Myofascial Release

It combines techniques from Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Biodynamic Myofascial Integration and Craniosacral Therapy.

Our approach combines refined palpation, pressure, direction, movement and listening to perceive how the tissue responds, and to work with its different qualities of tension, mobility and elasticity. The result is a way of working deeply without relying on force.

Perception, technique, and presence

From technique to intelligent touch.

Learn to integrate technique, palpation and perception to develop a more intelligent, precise and conscious touch.

Deepen your understanding of myofascial work and learn to recognise tissue tension, restrictions and responses, adapting your contact to the needs of each individual.

Develop more efficient biomechanics, working with less effort while taking care of your own body as you work with others.

Through practice, touch and listening, you will develop greater sensitivity to perceive, respond and connect, along with a presence that goes beyond the mechanical application of technique.

Because truly deep bodywork does not depend on applying more force, but on developing greater perception.

What you'll learn

Perceive. Respond. Connect.

Develop greater perception, precision, and efficiency while caring for your own body.

Go beyond protocols and learn to adapt your touch to what you truly perceive.

Use your body awareness to develop a deeper sensitivity toward others.

Deepen your perception to change how you work. And when you change how you work, you change too.

Technique provides tools. Presence determines the intelligence with which you use them.

Your choice

Your new path

Effective bodywork integrates knowledge, technique, perception, and presence.

It is not simply about learning more maneuvers, but about developing the ability to feel what is happening, understand it, and respond with precision.

As your perception deepens, the way you work changes. And when the way you work changes, your relationship with your own body, with others, and with your practice changes too.

Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a Certificate in Deep Tissue Massage and Myofascial Release.

The training includes an illustrated manual and is primarily practice-oriented, focusing on developing skills applicable to professional bodywork.

Develop a more intelligent touch, work deeply with less effort, and learn to listen before responding.
