JUAN CARLOS ELENO

I was born in Madrid, and my first contact with Eastern philosophies dates back to 1998. From that moment on, I began a continuous path of learning and exploration, initially self-taught through reading and the practice of various Taoist disciplines, and later through formal studies in Taoist cosmology, Qi Gong, acupuncture, meditation, yoga and personal development. During this same period, I discovered Tantra, which has also deeply influenced and inspired my work and way of understanding life.

In 2007, I began my training as a manual therapist, with the intention of integrating my personal vision of life with my professional practice.

My training has taken place in different countries. In India, I studied Yoga, Meditation, Ayurvedic Massage and Kalaripayattu Massage. In Thailand, I trained in Traditional Thai Massage and Tantra. In Spain, I completed extensive training in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Integration Techniques, Chiropractic Techniques, Reflexology, Auriculotherapy, Acupuncture (including Master Tung’s system), Structural Osteopathy, Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Osteopathy.

I currently work as a manual therapist and teach massage courses and workshops in Spain and in various countries around the world, sharing an approach to bodywork rooted in presence, perception and conscious touch.
